Vutter Spiced Almonds

These make the perfect last minute gift! Perfect for platters, a quick tasty snack, lunchbox addition! They’re quick to throw together and you can change it and add your favourite spices to it! Also works with other nuts like peanuts, cry cashews, macadamias or pecans !


Vutter Spiced Almonds

Ingredients:


200g raw almonds

1 tablespoon Vutter (Original, Avo or Garlic)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoons paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon chili powder (or cayenne pepper)

Salt to sprinkle on top

Vutter Spiced Almonds

Method:


Melt Vutter in a large frypan over medium heat and let it bubble for a few seconds. Add the spices and mix them well into the Vutter


Add the almonds and toss them to coat. Stirring until the nuts are toasty and smell delicious, usually 2-3 minutes


Season with salt while still warm. Cool down before eating


Pour them into a lovely jar for a nice Xmas gift! Or add to your platter or grazing table!
